The Constitution DOES guarantee free speech including “misinformation“ and “hate” speech.

The 1st Amendment of the Constitution prevents the Government from stopping free speech. The Courts have ruled that free speech excludes obscenity, child pornography, defamation, false advertising, threats, and fighting words.
