The Trump administration did implement a regulation that would lower the cost of insulin for SOME Medicare Part D and Advantage plans beginning in 2021 (1).

The Biden administration did repeal this regulation. (2)

DEADLY FORCE

The search warrant for Trump did have deadly force instructions. BUT all search warrants have these instructions.
