Professor Amy Wax has publicly shared her factual observations that affirmative action today results is disproportionately poor performance by blacks in her law classes and her opinion that affirmative action may be hurting blacks and is hurting non-blacks as they are discriminated against in admissions.

Should read: “Penn Suspends Law Professor Amy Wax for Citing Facts”

The @WSJ had previously resisted the extreme move left maintaining relatively honest, objective story selection and coverage.

But evidently this relatively unbiased source of news has been affected by the extreme biased journalist education institution as more and more often they seem to be taking the woke spin on news.
