SCOTUS - Restrains Biden DOJ

SCOTUS just ruled that DOJ cannot take language from one Law and use it to prosecute individuals actions that are unrelated to the law.

Specifically, Biden DOJ and Jack Smith took a law, 18USC Sec 1512c that was targeted at individuals that destroyed evidence in a Congressional hearings related to Enron, and expanded its use to potentially affect ANYONE that did anything to influence, obstruct, or impede any official proceeding.

Essential this would allow the Government to prosecute anyone who did anything that could be argued to influence, obstruct or impede anything that any government official is officially doing subject to 20 years in prison.
