The Democrats claim that Republicans want to take away a woman’s right to birth control.

That’s not quite what happened.

The Democrats proposed Senate bill not only included a woman’s right to birth control BUT also that everybody be required to provide birth control information and that birth-control will be free.

Regardless of your views over birth control, which I support, I’m strongly against forcing compelled speech on people and not recognizing other peoples religious views who may not want to sell birth control and or provide birth control.

yes, the Democrats intentionally sabotaged the right to birth control so that they could get votes by lying about why Republicans did not support the bill.
