Data Discovery Tool EXCLUDES some violent crimes.
It excludes simple assault, intimidation and nonnegligent manslaughter.
It also counts multiple crimes as only 1 incident.
It excludes a large number of violent crimes.
National Victim Survey does not show this large drop in crime.
Homicide Data does not show this large drop.
