CHILES V. SALAZAR: SCOTUS will (should overturn)

Colorado law bans therapists from helping children that are asking for help dealing with confusion about their sex.

Colorado law only allows affirming a child’s thinking that they may not be the sex that they are.

The Cass Report, one of the largest most thorough studies, found that the vast majority of children questioning their sex will ultimately, with counseling, accept and become comfortable with their sex. It also found the affirming the child’s confusion, starting puberty blockers and cross sex hormones on children does irreversible harm.
