Celebrate Columbus Day

Not because he was perfect. Not because he didn’t fight slavery when the world was practicing it. Not because it was inevitable that significantly more developed societies would displace the essential stone age indigenous people.

But because without brave explorers willing to risk their lives expanding their societies we would not be the great Country we are today.
