CNN recently had a story where a headline that prominent conservative will vote Democratic this year.

The problem is the prominent conservative is not conservative and has been liberal over the last years.

Luttig formed and eads organization that opposes Federalist Society, the foundational conservative organization

Luttig supports radical left positions with amicus briefs and talking head appearances in important SCOTUS cases

Luttig voiced no support of the classic conservative Dobbs decision

Luttig is silent on radical lefts's efforts to politicize and or pack SCOTUS

Luttig has had no known contact with Pence even though CNN claims he IS a key Pence adviser

It is strange given that there are so many reasons to be critical of Trump that CNN has to use untruthful reasons to try to influence voters
