Biden DOJ using the courts to stop free speech they don’t like

Goodwyn entered the Capitol and remained inside for a total of 36 seconds. He did not use force to enter, did not assault police officers, and neither took nor damaged any government property. When police instructed Goodwyn to leave the building, he did so.

For this misdemeanor, he was given the unusually harsh sentence of 60 days in jail and forced to allow the government to monitor all of his communications.

Now the DOJ is trying to punish him for free speech
