Children should not be transitioning

Today we learned that Biden’s Assistant Secretary for Health at DHS, Rachel Levine, a man living as a woman, successfully pressured a global professional heath association to drop their proposed age limits for gender affirming care (puberty blockers, hormones, surgery).

Most of the western world has recognized that children who think they are something other than what they are have a mental health issue and need counseling, not gender affirming care.

Somehow Biden and woke Democrats believe that children are capable of making these permanent life altering decisions and continue to work to divide America based on identity politics encouraging maturing children’s confusion and discomfort to embrace transitioning.

However, the studies have shown, as exemplified by the Cass report, that children who are confused about their gender resolve with counseling.

There are a minuscule fraction (0.02%) of babies born with a birth defect that makes their genitalia ambiguous and do require early medical intervention. But this in no way justifies Biden embracing transitioning for the vast numbers of confused children
